Safety is the foundation
Every experience arranged through Filler Nurse begins with a professional consultation and informed consent obtained by your independent, licensed Provider. This page summarizes the safety principles that underpin the platform; your Provider will supply the specific, legally required consent forms for any treatment.
Before any treatment, your Provider will
- Confirm your identity and that you are 18 or older.
- Review your relevant medical history, medications, allergies, and goals.
- Determine candidacy and discuss risks, benefits, alternatives, and expected outcomes.
- Obtain your written informed consent and answer your questions.
- Where required by state law, ensure appropriate medical direction and a good-faith examination.
Your part
- Share accurate, complete health information.
- Disclose pregnancy, breastfeeding, or any relevant conditions.
- Follow pre-care and aftercare instructions and report any concerns promptly.
Aftercare & adverse events
You will receive clear post-care guidance. If you experience an unexpected reaction, contact your Provider immediately and seek emergency care if warranted. In an emergency, call 911.
State availability
The services available to you depend on your state’s regulations and your matched Provider’s licensure and scope of practice. Some treatments may be unavailable in certain locations.
