1. The platform, and what it is not

Filler Nurse operates a technology platform and online marketplace that helps clients discover and connect with independent, licensed nurse professionals (“Providers”). Filler Nurse is not a medical practice, medical group, or healthcare provider; it does not provide medical or nursing care, does not practice medicine or nursing, and does not employ, supervise, or control Providers. Providers are independent contractors solely responsible for their own services, licensure, insurance, scope of practice, and clinical judgment.

2. No medical advice

Content on this site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Candidacy for any treatment is determined exclusively by a licensed Provider following a consultation. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any questions about a medical condition or treatment.

3. Provider independence & responsibility

• Providers attest that they hold active, unrestricted licenses appropriate to the services offered and to each state in which they practice.
• Providers are responsible for maintaining professional liability insurance and for compliance with all applicable laws, including medical-direction and good-faith-examination requirements where mandated.
• Providers set their own pricing, availability, and standards of care. Prices shown on the platform are illustrative and non-binding.

4. Eligibility & client responsibilities

You must be 18 or older to request services. You agree to provide accurate health information to your Provider, to disclose relevant medical history, and to follow professional guidance and aftercare instructions.

5. Bookings, payments & cancellations

Payments may be processed through third-party providers. Fees, commissions, deposits, and cancellation terms will be disclosed at the time of booking. Filler Nurse may charge platform or service fees as described at checkout.

6. Assumption of risk & limitation of liability

Aesthetic and wellness treatments carry inherent risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filler Nurse disclaims liability for the acts, omissions, or care provided by independent Providers, and the platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
